Every year since 2013, Railway Restoration Project 113 has partnered with the Reading & Northern Railroad to run Santa trains from Minersville to Schuylkill Haven, Pa. -- three crowded trains on each of two December days.  Project 113's all-volunteer crew, which includes a number of teenagers and 20-somethings, works alongside the R. & N.'s employees, and Mr. and Mrs. Claus, to make every trip a success.
