On my way home from the Black River & Western on an August afternoon in 2016, I stopped at a few locations on the Pennsylvania side of the Delaware Water Gap, driving up Route 611 from Portland.  At the Point of Gap, I hiked in along the former Delaware, Lackawanna & Western track -- no trains, but lovely scenery.
